For me, some days I know exactly what I wanna hear, some days I put my iPod on shuffle and feel content with whatever comes on. But then there's the days when I find myself skipping every song and being extremely indecisive and/or uninterested. Well I can't just sit in silence, so I have to have a foolproof plan, right? You might be ok walking through the halls with no background music to distract you from the anxiety you get but that doesn't fly with this girl.
On to the real point:
I have a couple things that get me through a picky day
- If I'm home, I'll throw on a random 8tracks playlist in my likes or on my feed that looks cool
- If I'm out and I've just got my iPod I'll do pretty much the same, I'll chuck on a playlist that is tied and true such as the one entitled "sad bones" (I wish I knew where I downloaded this from but I don't), or "sing to me i'm sick" (again, I don't know who curated this).
- I also have a master playlist of all the angsty songs I know and I can just lay in bed and blast it for hours
The trend seems to be that I'll listen to some mellow sad tunes or I'll go to the opposite side of the spectrum and drown out my life with heavy guitar. I don't know. This was a weird post.
