Weekend Wrap-Up

So it's Friday night and I'm catching up on today's blog posts and uploads etc., the usual. I guess I could be getting a headstart on my homework but I'll leave that for Sunday. I'm just going to go over a few things that happened this week in music and in media and in my life so

• (last weekend) McFly's 10th anniversary shows featuring (most of) Busted!!! I haven't got a chance to watch the show yet but it's crazy to think they're celebrating a whole decade! I remember discovering them while watching Just My Luck many years ago. Times flies. Also, one of my friends is a huge Busted fan so she was absolutely floored when she found out they showed up.
• One Direction (and practically everyone else) is in Australia and that sucks for someone on EST as I'm always asleep when the action happens, but I did manage to see some cute pictures of Harry & Niall golfing. 
• Tom Odell performed in Toronto (I could't go because it was at the same time as Bastille) and that's cool. He's cool.
• Something happened with Miley Cyrus. I don't know.
• A video for Neon Lights by Demi Lovato is coming out soon!
• The X Factor (US) audition episodes have come to a close and the 2 people I was rooting for have made it to the top 40. The show got rid of bootcamp and have this new "4 chair" concept that will take place next week so I'll stay tuned for that.
• How I Met Your Mother season 8 premier!!!! 

That's 7 points for the 7 days of the week, not that they're in any order or happened on certain days.
